PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheese-including composition and baked cake using the same which have high tastiness and are excellent in dispersibility even after long-term storage and excellent in flavor and feeling in being dissolved in our mouth. SOLUTION: This cheese-including composition includes granulated cheese, a nonhygroscopic dispersant and a starch. The nonhygroscopic dispersant is selected from a group consisting of cellulose, calcium carbonate and silicon dioxide. The starch is selected from a group consisting of starches of potato, tapioca, sweet potato, kudzu (Japanese arrowroot), corn, wheat, rice, and modified starch. This invention includes the process for topping the above composition. The method for producing baked cake is also provided.
