PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and exactly install rails on a post. SOLUTION: Oblong holes 9, 10 are drilled in each angle plate 6 for connecting a reinforcing material 3 for rails 2, 2 to a post 4. Tap holes 12, 12 are formed in a side 4a of the post 4. Thus, selecting the tap hole 12 and a position in the oblong hole 10 enables the adjust a relative installation position to the post 4 by using installation bolts 11 in the Z1-direction and the X- direction. Oblong holes 15, 15 are drilled in an installation surface 3a of the reinforcing material 3. Selecting a position mating with the oblong hole 9 enables to adjust a relative installation position to the reinforcing material 3 by using installation bolts 13 in the Z2-direction and the Y-direction.
