PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pulverize material fine in such size distribution that particles of the respective particle sizes are distributed with the specified amount of peak value continuously in small-medium-large sizes or from small to large sizes. SOLUTION: A space part 9 communicated with a communicating port 8 is partitioned by an outer cylinder 5 and an intermediate cylinder 6 with an aperture 11, and an inner cylinder 7 with its inner diamter part 19 communicated with a communicating port 10 is closely inserted into the inner diameter part of the intermediate cylinder 6. The inner cylinder 7 is provided with a plurality of holes 12 disposed axially and circumferentially so as to be communicated with the inner diamter part 19, and part of a plurality of holes 12 is opened to the aperture 11. Both communicating ports 8, 10 are connected to an upstream material charging part and a fine-pulverized material takeout part to form a pressure passage, and the intermediate cylinder 6 or the inner cylinder 7 is turned to change the holes opened to the aperture 11.
