PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial vehicle which generates small vibration and noise, and can be manufactured simply, by reforming an industrial vehicle, espically a forklift, which has a vehicle frame consisting of a part or plural parts; a cab; and a single or plural structural members generating a vibration. SOLUTION: A cab is combined solidly to a vehicle frame, and at least one elastic attenuation member is provided between at least one composition member generating a vibration, and the part of the vehicle frame 4 combined to the cab. And at least the composition member generating a vibration can be fixed to a rear part weight 6 directly or indirectly.
