The invention relates to implements of the "milling cutter" type making it possible to produce ditches and cut banks. Associated with an articulated arm 33, it comprises a box frame 20 suspended on the latter by means of the assembly 21 and 22, thus allowing orientation and inclination. A rotor 1 actuated by a motor 19 is equipped either, for ditches, with knives 29 associated with the shoe 30 or, for cutting, with the knives 31 associated with the feeler roller. It allows the spraying and spreading of earth, without the need to bank up, collect and remove the materials. Of the most expedient uses, mention may be made of road maintenance and the surface removal of trickling water. <IMAGE>
