PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lubricating oil within an oil tank from flowing out to the outside by using a pump for a lubricating oil supplying device for supplementing the lubricating oil within the oil tank to an oil pan and arranging this pump on the upper side of an upper end face of the oil tank. SOLUTION: In the vicinity of a bottom part of an engine 3, an oil pan 5 is provided, an auxiliary oil pan 6 communicated with the oil pan 5 is provided and an oil tank 10 is provided separately from the oil pan 5 and the auxiliary oil pan 6. These oil tank 10 and auxiliary oil pan 6 are connected to each other by a lubricating oil supply pipe 41 and can be communicated to each other. On the halfway of the lubricating oil supply pipe 41, a pump 18 as a lubricating oil supplying device is interposed. By driving this pump 18, lubricating oil stored within the oil tank 10 is supplemented to the auxiliary oil pan 6. Thus, the lubricating oil within the oil tank 10 can be prevented from flowing out to the outside at the time of stopping the pump 18.
