PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start surely, even if the ignition property caused by the drop of a cylinder inner pressure and the performance drop of an ignition device becomes worse. SOLUTION: A motor 42 for cranking an engine 41 is provided. A fuel injection execution means performs an initial fuel injection under the state the engine 41 is cranked by the motor 42. A judge means 44 judges whether the engine is started by this initial fuel injection or not based on the engine speed or motor torque order. When it is judged that the engine is not started, a cycle process execution means 45 performs the cycle process until starting by making the fuel cut and thereafter fuel injection as a series of cycle process.
