PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make noise and vibration generated at engine starting difficult to be transmitted to an operator by mounting a power steering device on a rigid frame for engine installation and positioning the device more forward than the engine installation position. SOLUTION: Both right and left sides of an engine 1 installed on the front of a vehicle body are installed on a rigid frame 2. A power steering device is mounted more forward than the engine installation position on the frame 2. A bracket 4 projecting from the body outward is mounted on the side of the engine 1. A fuel filter 5 to remove impurities in fuel to be fed to the engine 1 is mounted on the bracket 4. A shaft member 7C connecting a steering wheel 6 and the power steering device is inserted into a gap S between the fuel filter 5 and the engine 1.
