PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a consumable goods storage such as a conventional refrigerator to manage the stored consumable goods over the entire life cycle of the consumable goods.

SOLUTION: The device comprises a noncontact IC tag 14 having a wireless sending means and attached to consumable goods 13 used in a user's house; an antenna 15 to which signals from the noncontact IC tag 14 are inputted; a reader/writer 16 for the noncontact IC tag; an ordering means 26 for creating order information for the consumable goods 13 when the signals meet predetermined requirements; a selection means 18 which allows the user to register selection information in advance showing whether he/she wants the consumable goods 13 to be delivered to his/her house or left at the distribution source; and an I/F 25 which sends the order information and the selection information to the distribution source via the network 3.
