发明名称 THIN FILM ELECTROLUMINESCENCE MATERIAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film electroluminescence material to be obtained from a high efficiency blue phosphor excellent in color purity and color coordinates, and a thin film electroluminescence element having the material as the emission layer. SOLUTION: This thin film electroluminescence material is strontium sulfide added with cerium and meets A/B>1.5, provided that A is a reflectance at a wavelength of 420 nm; and B is a reflectance at a wavelength of 320 nm, and simultaneously meets at least one of the conditions that the reflectance at a wavelength of 1,000 nm is more than 0.8; and the peak positions in the emission spectra upon excitation by a light with a wavelength of 280 nm and upon excitation by a light with a wavelength of 450 nm do not vary 10 nm or more and further, a thin film electroluminescence element uses the thin film electroluminescence material as the emission layer.
