PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash the upper part of a car body without requiring, for example, an auxiliary tool by connecting hoses having fountain holes to a connecting hose, and out-fitting cylindrical brushes to the hoses. SOLUTION: A tire clip 1 is opened with both hands to be installed on a tire. Next, hoses 6, 6 are connected to a continuous hose 3, and brushes 5 are out-fitted to the hoses 6, 6 to be fastened by fasteners 7, 7. The grip parts 8, 8 are installed on the hoses 6, 6 to be connected with a service water hose 12. In a high roof car, the hoses 6, 6 are thrown onto a roof to be used. Both grip parts 8, 8 are gripped with both hands to wash the car by moving around the car while longitudinally and laterally moving arms. The tire clip 1 is successively transferred to the other tire. Thus, the car can be easily washed without straightening one's back and stooping over. Clothes are not wetted since a user can be parted from a car body. An auxiliary tool such as a footstool and boots is not required.
