PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture of a wheel board for a cart wheel and to improve the strength characteristics of the wheel board. SOLUTION: A bearing part 7 formed approximately in the shape of a bowl and having a central part protruding outward is formed on the base plate 4 of a wheel board 3 having mating constitution for the body parts 1 of a wheel W for a cart. A support seat 8 folded inward from the top part 7a of a bearing part 7 is formed at the central part of the bearing part 7. A cap body 5 is fitted in a support seat 8 by a press-in means. With this state, a hub bearing 10 is fitted in the support seat 8.
