PURPOSE: A system stabilizing method is provided to stabilize a system and enhance reliability by preventing positive feedback of the system while constantly maintaining negative feedback. CONSTITUTION: A phase inverter(3) includes a phase inversion switch(4) and a switch controller(5) for controlling the inversion switch(4). A phase detector detects phases of an input signal(r) and an output signal(y), switches a system to maintain negative feedback when the phase difference between the input and output signals(r,y) reaches beyond an allowable value of the phase difference, and allows the output signal(y) to be negatively feedbacked to an input unit maintaining the original circuit when the phase difference is normal. The phase detector detects the phases in the range of -180 to +180 degree to generate a voltage corresponding to the phase values.
