PURPOSE: An integration structure of a starting motor and a generator is provided to integrate a starting motor in an engine room with a generator for reducing the weight of a vehicle and the manufacturing cost and removing the noise generating when the starting motor is operating. CONSTITUTION: In an integration structure of a starting motor and a generator, a motor pulley(13) is fixed to a rotation shaft(12) of a generator motor(10), a non-slip belt(14) connects a crank pulley, the motor pulley and a water pump pulley fixed to a pump shaft of a water pump to each other, an armature and a commutator are mounted to the rotation shaft of the generator motor, respectively between a field iron core and between a brush, a current meter(A) has an end connected to a terminal of the generator motor and the other end connected to a circuit changing unit(22) connected to a battery(40), so that the current meter controls the circuit changing unit, and a starting switch has a terminal connected to the other terminal of the generator motor, and the other terminal connected to the circuit changing unit.
