PURPOSE: A crane mounted on a vehicle with new structure is provided to lift a heavier object by changing a fixing position of a derrick cylinder and to work without being influenced by climate. CONSTITUTION: A rotating body(16) contains an extending unit(34) extending from top to rear and a flexible boom(22) has a base combined by a hinge(23) to an extending unit(34). An end of a derrick cylinder(28) is hinge-combined to a top front of the rotating body and other end is combined by hinge with a middle part of the flexible boom. Therefore, when the flexible boom descends, the other end is aligned to be in parallel. Likewise, an installing position of the derrick cylinder for lifting the flexible boom of crane is changed and during a crane work, a control room(36) is prepared to be lifted upward the top of an operating seat(2) and a loading box(4). Thus, a heavier object is lifted and work is conducted without being affected by climate.
