PURPOSE: A piezoelectric transformer and a high voltage generation circuit using the same are provided to oscillate stably a resonant frequency and enhance the efficiency of oscillation by forming a feedback electrode for matching the resonant frequency. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric transformer and a high voltage generation circuit using the same are formed with a piezoelectric ceramic element, the first and the second input electrode(121,122), an output electrode(130), and a feedback electrode(123). A high voltage generation circuit using the same is formed with a piezoelectric transformer(210), a cold cathode tube(220), an NPN transistor(230), the first resistance(241), the second resistance(242), and the third resistance(243).
