摘要 <p>PURPOSE: Disclosed are a transition metal supported on polyimide and a preparation method of epoxy compounds using the catalyst where the polyimide support prepared by the copolymerization of dianhydride and diamine is impregnated with various transition metals such as Mo, V, W, or Ti. CONSTITUTION: The heterogeneous catalyst is prepared by impregnation one transition metal species of Mo, V, W, or Ti on the polyimide support that is made by the copolymerization of dianhydride and diamine. The contents of the catalytic compositions are 0.1-4 mmol/g polyimide and 0.1-5 mmol/g, and the mol ratio of polyimide to metal of the catalyst is 1-15 to 1. The overall procedure using the catalyst for preparation of epoxy compounds is conducted by the following steps: copolymerization step of polyimide from dianhydride and diamine, an impregnation step of a transition metal on the polyimide support, and a reaction steps of olefin epoxy compound preparation at various reaction feed conditions of peroxide and olefin. The mol ratio of peroxide and olefin is equimolar or 1:50 and the optimal mol ratio of peroxide and catalyst is 0.002-0.03.</p>
