PURPOSE: A vehicle rear seat belt is provided to buckle a seat belt by turning a buckle from a containing groove in a seat back at use of the seat belt, and to store the buckle in the containing groove in case of being out of use. CONSTITUTION: A retractor(26) is turned with a rotating rod in pulling a seat belt(20) to buckle the belt. An upper fitting end of a plunger and a lower guide bracket move along guide units and pull a cable(48) according to rotation of the rotating rod. A turning link(54) moves a buckle(56) and draws out from a containing groove of a seat back with rotating around a hinge(52). A passenger fastens the seat belt by fitting a clip(22) into an insertion groove(56a) of the buckle. The guide bracket returns by a return spring, and pulls the plunger to the retractor in releasing the seat belt from the buckle. A seat cushion is kept clean with the turning link returning around the hinge by a spring(50) and inserting to the containing groove.
