PURPOSE: An apparatus for loading an unfixed dynamic head of an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) is provided to load and unload the head with a vertical speed element only, by using an unfixed cam, so as to enhance a capacity and a reliability of the HDD and to prevent a lift tap from being separated from a parking part. CONSTITUTION: In an HDD(Hard Disk Drive) which is a computer auxiliary memory, a lift tap(21) is fixed to a suspension(15), to vertically lift up or take down a head(14) on a disk(13). An unfixed cam(20) vertically lifts up or takes down the lift tap(21) and forms a latch for parking in one side. The unfixed cam(20) forms a cam pivot in one side, and rotates by pivoting on the cam pivot. The unfixed cam(20) forms a parking part(23) in one end, and an unparking part(24) having multiple sections in both sides of the parking part(23). The lift tap(21) is put on the parking part(23) in the head(14) parking process.
