摘要 PURPOSE: A method for controlling a driving of a capstan motor is provided to use a program of a microprocessor, and to automatically control to make a duty cycle of a capstan pulse become an optimum value. Therefore, a production efficiency and a system stability can be improved. CONSTITUTION: If a power key is inputted, a power is supplied(S110). A control signal is outputted to a memory, and a duty cycle of an initial capstan pulse is loaded(S120). A microprocessor sets up the duty cycle of the loaded capstan pulse as a duty cycle of the first variable capstan pulse, and sets up an integer value as '0'(S130). The microprocessor converts a mode into a duty cycle automatic control mode, and outputs a motor driving control signal to a motor driver, a motor driving power supplier and a DAC(Digital-To-Analog Converter), then drives the motor(S210). A capstan pulse generator compares an analog voltage of the DAC with a signal generated by a magnetic force to generate a capstan pulse. The microprocessor inputs the capstan pulse to detect a rising edge and a falling edge of the capstan pulse(S220,S230), and calculates a duty cycle of the capstan pulse(S240). The microprocessor decides whether the duty cycle exists within a reference range(S310). If so, the microprocessor does not vary the duty cycle of the initial capstan pulse, and releases the duty cycle automatic mode to complete a process. If the duty cycle does not exist within the reference range, the microprocessor increases the integral value as '1'(S320), and decides whether the duty cycle is larger than a 55 percentage(S330). If so, the microcomputer downs the duty cycle as the integral value(S340). If the duty cycle is not larger than the 55 percentage, the microcomputer decides whether the duty cycle is smaller than a 45 percentage(S350). If so, the microcomputer raises the duty cycle as the integral value(S360). After storing a duty cycle of the last-varied capstan pulse in the memory, the microprocessor releases the duty automatic control mode to complete a process.
