PURPOSE: A novel interior wallpaper and its preparation method are provided, which wallpaper is made of cloth to improve the adhesion and to reduce the tearing and shows brilliant design under fluorescent lighting. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of silk printing on the cloth such as a canvas basic material, a polyester cloth and an all-cotton by using a printing composition comprising a fluorescent pigment, an inflorescent pigment and an aqueous adhesive by 5-10 deg.C; spraying an aqueous adhesive onto the printed surface to coat it; heating and drying the printed cloth wallpaper with transferring it by using a conveyer in a drying apparatus to obtain the interior cloth wallpaper. The ratio of the pigment to the aqueous adhesive is 1;3 by weight, and the ratio of the fluorescent pigment to the inflorescent pigment is 8-9 : 2-1 by weight.
