HIGH DIELECTRIC CERAMIC CAPACITOR COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: Provided is a magnetic composition for a high permittivity capacitor which shows high dielectric constant and low loss coefficient so that it is sintered at low temperature like less than 1000 deg.C. CONSTITUTION: In the two component system of (1-X)Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3-XPb(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3 which is prepared by mixing PbO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, Ta2O5 or so on, the magnetic composition is characterized by setting 0.35≤X≤ 0.65 in a mixed ratio wherein 0.01-0.5wt.% of manganese oxide is added or transition metal like Cr or Co is replaced to configure main component.
