PURPOSE: A window opening and closing device for a vehicle is provided to perform automatic entire opening or closing operation from partial opening or partial closing operation. CONSTITUTION: An automatic signal generating circuit generates an automatic signal rotating an electric motor during a specific driving time while selections of a switch unit(11) is continued. A motor driving unit(21) supplies driving voltage to the electric motor according to the automatic signal. The automatic signal generating circuit generates the automatic signal rotating the electric motor during the specific driving time while part opening or closing selections are maintained for a specific automatic conversion. Moreover, the automatic signal generating circuit generates the automatic signal rotating to a rotation direction opening a window for the specific driving time while the part opening selection of the switch unit is continued in the specific automatic conversion. The automatic signal generating circuit having more than two capacitors decides the automatic conversion time by time constant of the capacitor and generates the automatic signal by using charging voltage of at least one capacitor.
