TWO STAGE LOW NOX NOZZLE WITH THE SAME SPRAY ANGLE

PURPOSE: A nox decreasing burner is provided to remove necessity of additionally installing equipment for decreasing nox and to eliminate burden of facility, repair and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A two stage nozzle for decreasing nox has a fuel hole(2) to position a subsidiary flame between main flame fuel holes and a main flame steam hole(3) is formed in the equal diagonal line with the main flame fuel hole(1) at a smaller radius than a subsidiary flame fuel hole(2). The subsidiary flame fuel hole and a subsidiary flame steam hole(4) are connected then fuel and steam are mixed at a subsidiary flame- fuel-outburst hole(6) with a regular angle around a main axis. The mixture of fuel and steam is gushed into inside of the burner from the subsidiary fuel outburst hole. The main flame fuel hole(1) and the main flame steam hole(3) are linked and burst inside the burner from the main flame fuel burst hole radially inclined at a regular angle(theta 2) around the main axis.
