HIGH QUALITY DIAPHRAGM MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SPEAKER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vibration plate for highly efficient speaker is provided to improve elasticity of a vibration plate of a speaker by forming a glass cloth layer on a surface of a pulp vibration plate. CONSTITUTION: Chemicals for paper are added to a pulp. A pulp cone is formed by drying the mixed material. A glass cloth is soaked into a mixed solution of phenol of 1 to 30 percents and methanol. The soaked glass cloth is dried, heated, and molded. The pulp cone and the glass cloth are combined by using a bonding agent. An acryl emulsion is used as the bonding agent to obtain a prominent tone color. The temperature for a heating and bonding process is 175 to 185 degrees centigrade.
