PURPOSE: A drill fixing apparatus is provided to prevent a drill from being moved, and to assemble and disassemble the drill conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A drill is composed of an edge part grinding the object, and a bit part(50) extended from the edge part and having a section properly to combine with a drilling machine without spinning. A drill fixing device is composed of a bit groove section(52) having a space to fix the bit part of the drill and a bit groove clamp selectively contracted; a cover section inserting the bit groove section to the bore, contracting the bit groove clamp, fixing the bit part of the drill, and assembling the bit groove section with the drilling machine; and a bit fixing section turning around a hinge(26a) at the cover section and having a latch inserted to the bit part.
