PURPOSE: A method for establishing a conferencing communication in a communication exchange system is to simplify a simultaneous communication structure in an upper-level controller and obtain a reliability of the communication exchange system. CONSTITUTION: It is checked that whether or not there is a valid data in a test request and a test result area(S1). If there is no valid data, a bit representing an existence or nonexistence of a test related valid data is checked(S2). If there is no test related valid data, an address to be searched is increased one by one(S3). If there is the test related valid data, a test operation is performed by decoding a remaining area of the test request and the test result area and the test result is output(S4). If there is the valid data, a bit representing a conferencing communication request in a conferencing communication area is checked(S5). If there is no conferencing communication request, a bit representing a group termination and channel termination request is checked(S6). If the channel termination is requested, a current established channel is terminated(S7). If the group termination is requested, a current established group is terminated(S8).
