PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function which simultaneously indicates tip relation of a combination of a phenomenon, a cause and an investigation method. SOLUTION: This system is a fault diagnosis support system 100 which executes presentation of a candidate of a fault cause and an investigation method on the basis of information on a phenomenon inputted so as to perform fault diagnosis. The system is equipped with a system engine 36, which retrieves a cause and an investigation method related to the inputted phenomenon and extracts all the combinations of the phenomenon, the cause and the investigation method related to the retrieved information as information in performing fault diagnosis, and an operation interface 31, which has an operation processing part 32 that arranges and displays the retrieved combination of the phenomenon, the cause and the investigation method at a position where there is a relation of each item on a three-dimensional graph. Diagnosis information display is displayed to the three-dimensional graph on an operation screen and its detailed information is displayed on a cubic display. |
