<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively supply at a low cost a comparatively large DC or AC for generating a magnetic field with simple constitution. SOLUTION: This current supply equipment is provided with an inverter 1, an inductance element 2 one end of which is connected with the output end of the inverter 1, a load 3 one end of which is connected with the other end of the inductance element 2 and the other end of which is connected with the input end of the inverter 1, a capacitance element 4 one end of which is connected with the output end of the inverter 1, a load 5 one end of which is connected with the other end of the capacitance element 4 and the other end of which is grounded, a capacitance element 6 one end of which is connected with the input side of the inverter 1, and a load 7 one end of which is connected with the other end of the capacitance element 6 and the other end of which is grounded, constituting a resonant circuit. The current supply equipment supplies a resonance current flowing the inductance element 2 and the capacitance element 4 or the capacitance element 6 to an element for generating a magnetic field.</p> |
