<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove uneven display of a pixel corresponding to an image signal supplied by a signal wire, adjacent to a second group, in a first group of image signal wires of plural groups with one group composed of plural original-color image signal wires. SOLUTION: This display device is equipped with plural image signal wires 1 to which a retention volume is connected, an image signal wire driving circuit 10 for applying simultaneously, at a first timing, image signals among original- color image signals in plural colors, corresponding to plural wires in plural original-color image signal wires having different image signal wires 1, defined as a first group, and for applying simultaneously, at a second timing, image signals corresponding to different plural wires in the original-color image signal wires adjacent to the first group, defined as a second group, and display pixels 3 connected to the signal wires 1, for executing display based on the image signals. The signal wire having the lowest spectral luminous efficacy among the original-color image signals is assigned to the signal wire 1c adjacent to the second group among the signal wires 1 of the first group.</p> |
