PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain position alignment in a height direction between a leader pin and a tape pulling-out mechanism even when shocks/vibration is applied by providing a slope in a wall part opposite the pressing direction of a spring member in the recess of an upper half, and always regulating the position of the leader pin in a lower direction. SOLUTION: In a state where a magnetic tape is completely wound in a reel, the upper dumbbell part 21c of a leader pin is pressed to the wall part of the recess of an upper half by the elastic abutment of a holding part 30d formed in the tip of the upper arm part of a spring member 30 from the side. A slope 32 is formed in the upper part of a side wall facing the pressing direction of the spring member 30 of the wall part. When the leader pin is caused to float upward by shocks/vibration during transportation, the edge of the upper dumbbell part 21c is abutted on the slope 32, the force of a lower direction is applied based on the pressing force of an arrow direction B by the spring member 30, the lower end surface of the leader pin is abutted on a lower half, and then position regulation is performed for the cartridge.
