PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an alarm from being erroneously outputted at the place where a crime prevention tag was discarded when a string is cut and the tag is discarded after the output of turned-off alarm by providing an alarm output inhibiting means or the like for inhibiting the output of the alarm when the state of still cutting the string is detected. SOLUTION: Various external signals inputted through an antenna are demodulated through a demodulation circuit and inputted to a CPU 19. Besides, a signal from a switch 23 is inputted though a switch input part to the CPU 19. Then, the tag, which is used and outputs the alarm based on the cutting of the string, ordinarily stops the alarm corresponding to a alarm stop signal or stops the alarm and is discarded as it is after a prescribed time from the output of the alarm. In such a case, since the switch 23 is still turned on, a step for discriminating the presence/absence of input of the switch 23 is repeatedly performed, the service life of a battery 17 is exhausted as a result and the alarm is not outputted again.
