PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable new temperature zone chambers such as a chilled chamber, an icing temperature chamber and a partial chamber in a freezer and refrigerator having a refrigerating evaporator and a freezing evaporator to be easily cooled and further enable a temperature within the refrigerator chamber to be maintained. SOLUTION: There is provided a box member of freezer and refrigerator having a refrigerating chamber, a new temperature zone chamber 15 and a freezing chamber 7 divided and defined by a first thermal insulating partition 19 and a second thermal insulating partition 20. A refrigerating evaporator 5 with a relatively high evaporating temperature and a first blower 13 are arranged in the refrigerating chamber 4. A freezing evaporator 8 with a relatively low evaporating temperature and a second blower 14 are arranged at the freezing chamber 7. A series-connected refrigerant circuit including a first solenoid valve, a first capillary tube and the refrigerating evaporator 5 and another series-connected refrigerant circuit with a second solenoid valve, a second capillary tube, the freezing evaporator 8 and a check valve 11 are connected in parallel with each other, cooling of the new temperature zone chamber 15 is carried out by low temperature air blown from the freezing evaporator 8, thereby the new temperature zone chamber 15 can be easily cooled and its temperature can be kept. |
