PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust device for cooking which can discharge waste gas, soot, odor, etc., generated at cooking out of doors without fail without marring the fine view of the wall face of a building. SOLUTION: This exhaust device can remove the oil components, moisture, etc., in the air sucked by an exhaust blower 8 and recover them in an oil receiving container 12, by providing a box-shaped adaptor unit 10 which connects an exhaust blower 8 with an exhaust duct 13 leading to the outdoors, and providing a drain port 11 is the bottom of the adaptor unit 10, and arranging the oil receiving container 12 under the drain port 11, and so this can discharge waste gas, soot, and offensive smell generated at cooking out of doors without marring the fine view of the wall of a building. |
