PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance initial set-up work efficiency by computing accumulating time required by set-up work when set-up work is made necessary, and countdown displaying an accumulated standard time obtained by successively subtracting the elapsed time from the starting of setup work from computed accumulated standard time. SOLUTION: A lot-to-lot operation data comparing part 23 refers a plurality of operation data memorized in an operation data memorizing part 17 and compares operation data between a new lot and an old lot. A setup item extracting part 25 extracts setup items attendant on the renewal of data. A setup standard accumulation time computing part 27 accumulates and computes standard time corresponding to extracted setup items. A countdown timer 31 successively subtracts elapsed time from the starting of setup work from the accumulated standard time. A display part 19 displays items necessary for setup in the form of design together with countdown display of the accumulated standard time. Thus, a worker can easily grasp the progress of work. |
