PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording disk whose inclination is never generated when the magnetized surface of the disk is set in an information read-out device and also whose manufacturing work is of easy. SOLUTION: In this information recording disk, a center core having a magnetizing property is fixed at the center part of a magnetic sheet and an attracting surface 13 which is to be attracted by a magnet M is formed on the center core and a projecting surface 12 which is projected toward the magnet M and which is to be abutted against the magnet M at the time of the attraction is provided on the attracting surface 13.
