PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan for a pipe to decrease the thickness of a ventilation fan body and improve workability to hold a power source cord. SOLUTION: A pair of support pieces 6 is provided to have an engaging groove 5 formed on the recessed part 3 side of a flange part 4 arranged on the indoor side of a ventilation fan body 2 and having a recessed part 3 formed on the back side. A pair of nipping members 9 each having a recessed part 8 to nip a power source cord 7 is engaged with the engaging groove 5 of the support piece 6, and by holding the power source cord 7 therebetween, a hold part to hold the power source cord 7 is formed in a low state, resulting in the decrease of the thickness of the ventilation fan body 2 and improvement of workability to hold the power source cord.
