METHOD FOR MONITORING RUNAWAY FOR MICROCONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a runaway monitoring method for a microcontroller which surely detects runaway even if the runaway is caused by the task of any level between the highest level and the lowest level on a program configuration. SOLUTION: This runaway monitoring method is used for a microcontroller which adopts a multiprogramming that executes plural tasks 1 to 4 in time division, arranges a monitoring task 4 which is not managed by an OS 1 on the highest level on a program configuration and also monitors whether or not the OS 1 normally operates on the lowest level of the program configuration, and monitors whether or not the monitoring task 4 normally operates by the OS 1.
