FLASH MEMORY WRITE-IN CONTROLLER, ON-BOARD WRITE-IN SYSTEM AND MEMORY WRITE-IN CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a write-in time by referring to the write-in-capable value data related to a chip executing the write-in of the data among plural chips as a common write-in-capable value for respective chips succeeding after that time, and executing the write-in. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 1 loads plural flash memories (chips) 12, and writes a user program (data) 32 from a host 3 in a required chip 12. A flash memory write-in jig (writer) 2 performs the transfer, erase, write-in and verify of the data 32. In the initial data write-in, the procedure confirming its operation with the verify while performing write-in operation is repeated. The number of times of repeating until the execution of the write-in is confirmed is stored in the host 3 as write-in-capable value information 31. In the data write-in for respective chips succeeding after that time, though the writer 2 reads out the write-in-capable value information from the host 3, and repeats the write-in operation by the equivalent number of times of repeating, omits the verify operation.
