PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating machine holding device, which can improve the assembly of a vibrating machine and can be made small-sized for various radio equipment, such as a portable telephone device, which is equipped with the vibrating machine as a soundless notification means and has the vibrating machine holding device holding the vibrating machine. SOLUTION: A motor 1, having metallic terminals 4 and 5 projecting out from a main body part 3, is held by a motor cushion 23, and the metallic terminals 4 and 5 are arranged outside the motor cushion 23. A flexible printed board 11, having an electrification part formed between the metallic terminals and motor holding part, is provided and the metallic terminals 4 and 5 are made to abut against the electrifying part, so that the motor 1 can be provided at the part of a shielding case where it covers a low component or a component group, thereby avoiding increase in the thickness of the housing due to the motor 1.
