PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set desired characteristic range width with a pair of electrode short-circuited, by forming a characteristic value adjusting through-hole having a pair of electrodes for setting semiconductor electronic component characteristic values to a fixed characteristic range width, and pouring and hardening a silver paste, etc., in the electrodes. SOLUTION: A characteristic value adjusting through-hole 11 other than rows of through-holes is bored into an aggregate board 1A to be divided into many chips made of a glass epoxy resin, etc. A pair of electrodes 11a, 11b are formed on the wall of the through-hole 11 at the IC mounting surface side. IC chips and other electronic component are mounted on a printed board 1 as a base, sealed with resin 8 and divided, and characteristics are measured. A conductive material 12 such as silver paste or solder, etc., is poured and hardened in the adjusting through-hole 11 connected to a required adjusting selected terminal to short-circuit the pair of electrodes 11a, 11b in the hole. Thus, a semiconductor and electronic components are combined and desired characteristics can be obtained. |
