PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abnormal sound at starting, in a pot core type-voltage transformer. SOLUTION: A high-voltage transformer 30 is provided with a closed magnetic type pot core 31, where a pot lid piece 32 is capped on a pot core main body 33 having a magnetic core part 35. A first gas s1 is formed between the magnetic core part 35 and the pot lid piece 32, and a second gap s2 is formed between the peripheral wall 34 of the pot core main body 33 and the pot lid piece 32. Thereby the interference of individual vibration of the pot core main body 33 and the pot lid piece 32 is restrained, and abnormal sound at starting can be reduced.
