PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium reproducing device capable of facilitating not only the selection of a reproducing starting position on a virtual track but also overall utilization for learning or the like, and to provide an information recording medium reproducing method and a medium recording an information recording medium reproducing program. SOLUTION: After a virtual track is automatically generated in a setting operation, a track selection option at the time of reproducing is set upon the correction of its division, a specific virtual track is selected based on the setting (120), a lesson and evaluation corresponding to the virtual track are carried out (130, 140), and the result of the evaluation is recorded (150). Since the evaluation result recorded in such a manner is referred to for the selection of a track and learning is repeated, not only original data is divided but also a learning effect is greatly improved.
