PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an adapter body from oppressing a PC card to spoil its function and to eliminate the possibility where connector pins are bent when no PC card is used by providing a shutter member which covers the connector pins projecting from a substrate and coupling a PC card while it is exposed between mount leg parts. SOLUTION: The shutter member 4 is provided to an adapter member 10 movably between a contact pin protection position and an exposure position. When no PC card is mounted, the shutter member 4 is moved and locked at the protection position. To mount a PC card, the shutter member 4 is moved to the contact pin exposure position and them the PC card 21 is mounted. Further, mount leg parts 6 for mounting the PC card 21 are provided along both the sides of the substrate where the connector pins project. While the connector pins are exposed and the PC card 21 is exposed between the mount leg parts, the pins are coupled with connector holes that the PC card 21 has. |
