PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for predicting error generation risk capable of reducing the maintenance and operation cost by effective maintenance, and reducing a pausing time of an equipment to be maintained. SOLUTION: A error history storing part 11 stores the history information on errors generated in an equipment to be predicted. An each equipment risk learning part 12 learns risk specific to the equipment to be predicted from the error history information stored in the error history storing part 11. An each condition risk learning part 14 learns the risk for every condition fulfilled by the equipment to be predicted from the error history information stored in the error history storing part 11. An error risk predicting part 17 predicts the risk of the error generation of the equipment to be predicted under the condition of an object to be predicted which is set by an object to be predicted condition setting part 16 based on the learned result of the each equipment risk learning part 12 and the learned result of the each condition risk learning part 14. An error risk displaying part 18 displays the risk of the error generation predicted by the error risk predicting part 17.
