PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo call testing method where test communication equipment with almost the same function as a tested communication equipment is used, processing data of the tested communication equipment and of the test communication equipment are received and evaluated by a control/data collection device and a test time is shortened and the test is done efficiently. SOLUTION: A control/data collection device 56 is connected to a test communication equipment 51 and a tested communication equipment 54 by way of a bus 55, a test signal is instructed to the test communication equipment 51 through the bus from the control/data collection device 56, and the test communication equipment transmits test information in accordance with the test signal from the control/data collection device 56 through a No.7 link 52 and a TCP/IP 53 to the tested communication equipment 54. The control/data collection device receives processing information of the tested communication equipment through the bus 55 from the tested communication equipment 54, a response signal returned to the test communication equipment from the tested communication equipment is received through the bus, and performance of the tested communication equipment is evaluated on the basis of these pieces of processing information and response information which are received respectively.
