<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily select a required item from a list of much volume by simple operation. SOLUTION: A moving direction to a next selection item on the list is indicated by an item movement indicating means 110 and the indicating direction is inputted to a list management means 140. A change in a moving distance is instructed by a change instruction means 120. A moving distance determination means 130 inputs the moving distance changing instruction, determines a moving distance to a next selection item in accordance with the instruction and outputs the determined value to the means 140. The means 140 receiving the moving direction and the moving distance calculates the corresponding selection item and sends the calculated item to a display means 150. The means 150 displays the inputted selection item and items before and after the selection item when necessary.</p> |
