PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve insufficient electrification ability and sensitivity, defectiveness in repetition stability, etc., and to obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in these electrical characteristics by specifying an electric charge generating material a hole transferring material and an electron transferring material. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is a monolayer type one containing an electric charge generating material, a hole transferring material and an electron transferring material in the photosensitive layer. The electric charge generating material is a titanium phthalocyanine compound, the hole transferring material is an arylamine compound having >=5.45 eV, preferably 5.45-5.65 eV, particularly preferably 5.50-5.60 eV ionization potential and the electron transferring material is a perylene compound of the formula, wherein R1 and R2 are each H, an alkyl which may have a substituent, aryl or alkoxyl and (m) and (n) are each an integer of 1-3.
