PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fouling in a waterproof equipment case, the contact failure of a connection open path, and the like in advance by connecting the inside of the waterproof equipment case of electrical control equipment, that is provided in a cowl box being provided in a body to the inside of a car room. SOLUTION: In electrical control equipment 17 such as an engine control module, an upper case 18A is deposited on a lower case 18B via a waterproof packing 19 for forming a waterproof equipment case 18, and a control equipment unit 20 is accommodated and fixed in the waterproof equipment case 18. Then, a wire harness 21 is connected to the control equipment unit 20, and the wire harness 21 is connected to the inside of a car room 13 outside the equipment case 18 in a waterproof manner via a grommet 23 from a harness-leading port 22 that is formed at the waterproof equipment case 18, thus preventing water from infiltrating the waterproof equipment 18, fouling the inside of the waterproof equipment case 18, the contact failure of a connection open path, and the like in advance.
