PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing method, a testing piece and a testing kit by which plural simplified, quick and high sensitivity tests can be simultaneously made. SOLUTION: This testing method for plural tested materials includes (1) a process of forming a complex between an enzyme labeled specific coupling body and plural different tested substances by using a first specific coupling material which can be specifically coupled to a tested substance and a labeled specific coupling body to which an enzyme is coupled through a carrier or directly to be expanded on a water absorptive base material, (2) a process of capturing the complex in plural solid phases where a second specific coupling material which can be specifically coupled to the plural different tested materials, respectively, are fixed thereto, and (3) a process of detecting the captured complex. A testing piece and testing kit are used in the testing method.
